Steve, a Walton Churchill Director, joined the company in 1984. As one of the longest serving members of the team, he has gained a wealth of experience across most industry sectors and has played a key role in making Walton Churchill a significant force in the field of Human Resource consultancy.

Expanding on his first career in education, Steve moved into a Human Resources role with a major engineering company before applying his people skills with Walton Churchill.

Steve has been heavily involved in executive search and selection, with clients recognising, not only his extensive network of contacts, but also his keen sense of quality and customer service. Steve’s areas of expertise are in:
